Saint Thérèse Hall Rental Agreement
What’s included:
- Round tables for seating (8 people each) and rectangular tables for serving
- White tablecloth, chair covers, and gold sashes
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Ready-to-use sound system
- TV with HDMI cable and a Fire TV Stick
- Two Microphones, Ready to use (A wireless clip-on mic and a standard wired microphone)
Building use approval process:
1) The purpose of use including any event must not conflict with Jesus the king Church mission & core value.
2) Rental Request & Approval:
• The Security deposit ($400) will be required to secure the facility. The church reserves the right to keep the deposit and claim any additional costs that occur from breakage, damage, or failure to restore the building to its original condition.
The deposit amount will be refunded within 2-7 days after the hall has been inspected following the event.
• FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE THE WEEK OF THE EVENT.
Church Hall Rental Rules and Guidelines
1. Priority of Use
Church functions and activities take priority over all other rentals. Rental applications will be considered in the order they are received.
2. Fire Hazards Prohibited
Freestanding candles, devices that could overload electrical circuits, or any other potential fire hazards are strictly prohibited.
3. Alcohol Policy
No alcoholic beverages or hard liquor are permitted anywhere in the building, parking lot, or surrounding property.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building.
5. Decorations
Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, or floors if it risks causing damage. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
6. Children's Supervision
Children must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. They may not be left unattended anywhere on church property.
7. Cleanup Responsibilities
After each event, renters are responsible for the following:
* All trash must be properly disposed of.
* The room must be returned to its original condition, including the arrangement of tables and chairs.
* If the kitchen is used, all food preparation and eating surfaces must be cleaned.
* All dishes and kitchen items must be washed, dried, and returned to their proper places.
* No food items may be left behind, including in the refrigerator or freezer.
* Garbage disposals must be cleaned.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The church assumes no responsibility for any use of the building and facilities. Renters agree to indemnify and hold Saint Theresa harmless from all third-party claims, liabilities, or damages arising from such use.
9. Political Activity
No political rallies or partisan political meetings are allowed in the church hall.
10. Waiver of Liability for Injury or Death
The renter (second party) accepts full responsibility for any injury or death occurring on church property, regardless of cause, including accidents, negligence, or unforeseen events. The church, its staff, and affiliates are fully released and held harmless from any liability, claims, or legal actions of any kind.
Rates for Hall Rentals:
The Rate for a stander 5-hour rental is:
$600.00 (Non church member)
$400.00 for the church members.
We allow entry into the hall one hour before your event
Each additional hour either before or after is $150.00
Rental Approval Disclaimer:
The hall is available for most types of events; however, we reserve the right to approve or decline any rental at our discretion.
Hall Capacity:
Approximately 100 people can be comfortably seated.
